Hotel Exotica Gurgaon

The property is in a quiet, pleasant area, with good connections to Cyber City and other key parts of town. The room furniture is a little old. I stayed for 10 days. Housekeeping was the biggest problem. They didn't clean the room properly or change pillow and comforter covers unless I asked, and bathroom supplies were missing or not replenished. Room service was average, and the staff were generally well behaved, except for one tall guy. The place could work for 1-2 nights, but I wouldn't recommend a longer stay. Management doesn't seem open to feedback. When I raised concerns, they made excuses instead of fixing things, and the person at reception wasn't helpful or friendly and didn't seem to care.

IFFCO Metro Station is only 0.8 km away, so getting around the city was easy. The room was cleaned regularly, and they provided fresh bedsheets each day. Room service was very good. The food was the downside. The oil they used seemed very bad, and I got headaches on the days I ate breakfast at the hotel. I hope they improve that. Otherwise, it was a great stay.

The fan made a lot of noise, and the window AC was fitted low down, which hurt the cooling. The room was spacious, but at this price the service and food weren't good. I wouldn't recommend it.

The atmosphere is cozy and the service is polite. It's very quiet, though the hotel is in a residential area far from the city, and walking nearby didn't feel safe to me. There's no nearby place to eat, so you're relying on the in-house restaurant. The location is hard to find without Google Maps. I wouldn't take a prepaid airport taxi without GPS. Ola or Uber is preferable. Quite a few roads are being repaired or made one-way, so don't rely on maps alone. Ask someone local for help getting to nearby places.
