The hotel is tucked a little way down a street, though getting a cab was still easy. Our room was large, clean, and had the main amenities we needed. Breakfast had plenty of tasty choices, and I especially enjoyed the paratha. A big thanks to Mr. Chirag, the evening manager. Our group of five could count on him whenever we needed something, and he arranged it for us. Since we were new to Gurgaon, he also helped us find places to visit, including a nearby mall. He was polite and incredibly helpful, and made us feel well looked after.

Night Manager Chirag made our arrival easy, handling check-in and taking care of everything we needed with real warmth and professionalism. The whole team was attentive and kind. They responded to every request with a smile, and their care made us feel welcome throughout. The room was far better than I’d expected.

Dinner had a great atmosphere, and the staff were welcoming, especially Abhishek. The murg tikka and garlic naan both got 5/5, the butter chicken 4.5/5, and the matka kulfi 5/5. The ghost biriyani was only 0.5/5: to me it was butter-flavoured rice with mildly spiced boiled mutton and fried onion on top. They need to raise the standard of that dish.

The breakfast spread had lots of delicious choices, and the rooms were spacious and clean, with a fantastic shower. The hotel and club have a great atmosphere, and the service was second to none. Special thanks to Chirag, Racheal, Akhil, Sagar, and all the others. This place is incredible.
