Somnath, Alisha, Monjita, Mahek, and Sandip were so attentive and friendly during our visit. They made sure we were comfortable and looked after, with really warm, professional service. The food was just as memorable, fresh and full of flavor, and every dish we tried was carefully prepared and nicely presented. Thanks to the whole team. I'd happily come back and recommend the place.

The laundry came back with one of my tops missing, and it was never found. I didn't check the items against the release list in front of the staff, so I'd advise doing that when they're returned. The room and bathroom also felt noticeably humid. Even with those issues, my partner and I loved the stay and would gladly come back. The hotel has a lovely jungle-like atmosphere, and the amenities were very good. The pool was clean and comfortable. At the restaurant, Sneha and Alisha were warm and attentive, and the chefs patiently made bland, spice-free meals for my medical needs, which wasn't an easy request in India. The food was excellent, and their understanding made every meal a pleasure.

The restaurant was a highlight. We had cocktails, fish tikka, and a few other dishes, and the food was excellent. Anne, Monjidha, and Himanshu were patient with our kids and gave us thoughtful, attentive service. The location is great too, about 500 meters from Radhanagar Beach.

Deepali returned all the money we accidentally left with the laundry, around 15k, and even refused a tip. The rooms facing the pool were well kept and ready when we checked in, and the staff were always willing to help. Somnath and the restaurant team paid attention to our food preferences and gave us top quality service. A five star stay.
