The stay and food were both cheap. The property seemed short-staffed because some employees were away on holiday, but the women on staff deserve special mention. They took on the staffing shortage as a challenge and supported us well. They probably need to stock enough tea bsgs, coffee sachets, and suger bags in the rooms.

Don't be fooled by how the hotel looks from outside. The rooms were filthy, poorly kept, and missing a lot: no tea or coffee setup, kettle, soap, shampoo, drinking water, TV, or decent geyser for bathing. The blankets and bedding were poor, the dressing facility was very poor, and the door latch felt flimsy. The room glass was transparent and the curtains very thin. The DG power backup was so small it could only run the lights and fan, not the AC. Check a room for yourself before staying.

The staff were rude, and the stay was very poor for such a high price. We only had to stay one night because no other room was available. At check-in the AC wasn't cooling; someone came later to fix it. The AC blanket was old and full of holes, though they gave me another after I asked. The fan had no regulator, so I had to manage with the remain pin. You have to carry your own luggage and ask for water because they won't leave it in your room. The towel smelled so bad it would make you vomit. Check-out was the earliest anywhere in Havelock, only 8:00-8:30. Go at your own risk and spend money on this kind of stay.

The bathroom wasn't properly cleaned and didn't meet basic hygiene standards, and the stained-looking bedsheet made the stay uncomfortable. The jet in the room wasn't working, though that was one of the amenities I had been looking forward to. Poor cleanliness and upkeep really affected my experience. I hope management takes the feedback seriously and improves housekeeping and maintenance.
