The owner was extremely rude and unprofessional, and the rooms were dirty. There were fungal patches on the mattresses and the pillows were unhygienic. They also charged excessive laundry fees, even though the clothes weren’t properly washed. This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had in Havelock. Don’t book this kind of resort. I wouldn’t recommend Havelock Harmony Resort to anyone.

Even though the staff were good, the hotel needs renovation and proper maintenance. The bathroom was awful, with a big hole in the floor, and the washbasin was broken. The blanket seemed used and unwashed, and the sheet on the table looked like it hadn’t been washed either. The walls need work too. Worst hotel of my life.

The owner seemed drunk when we checked in late in the evening. The bathrooms and blankets smelled, and they charged extra for our 3 year old infant. I booked through a reference, which was my mistake. This was the worst experience of our whole A&N tour. I strongly recommend not visiting there under any circumstances.

Food here is delicious and reasonably priced, about like a mainland dhaba. There are lots of vegetarian choices, along with Chinese dishes. Most other hotels in Havelock are very expensive, so this is a nice option for tasty food without those prices.

The bathroom smelled bad, and the mattress was hard. There wasn’t a blanket, just a sticky shawl. It cost 2k and really wasn’t up to the mark. Think twice before booking or you may regret it.
