The room service was impeccable, and the staff were thoughtful with our dietary needs. My family and I stayed at De Havelock Queen near the end of January, and as strict vegetarians we were unsure about the mixed veg and non-veg buffet. The team arranged to serve us separately at an agreed time so we wouldn't feel uncomfortable. The pool was clean and fun, with evening songs and pool parties. A 10/10 stay for us.

The children had a wonderful time, and the teachers were just as pleased with how everything was arranged and how well the group was cared for. We visited De Havelock Queen on a school fun trip, and the staff handled a large group smoothly, staying polite and cooperative. The food was very good and the hospitality was great. I'd recommend it for school trips and group stays.

We had a very good stay. The rooms were spacious and really clean, and having a swimming pool was a key requirement for us. The place has a lovely ambience, with supportive staff. The restaurant served tasty food at reasonable prices.

The owner is a friendly, talkative person. We had a really good stay, especially if you like loud music and spending time by the pool. The tea here is one of the best! The rooms could use a little more space, or the amenities could be arranged better.
