Treebo Grand Legacy Shahenshah

The only thing in the room that worked well was the AC. Without it, the smell got worse, while mosquitoes filled the room. The washroom smelled, the exhaust fan was very noisy, and there wasn't proper soap. The old mattress was uncomfortable and its springs made noise all night. Hygiene was poor elsewhere too: the lift smelled, the stairs seemed unclean, and the staff acted unprofessionally, so the place didn't feel guest-friendly. We paid around ₹2,600 for three people after a discount, still far too much for what we got. I've reviewed over 150 hotels, and this was among my worst stays. Maybe the property used to be good, but it clearly isn't being maintained now. They need to improve maintenance, cleanliness, pest control, and staff training before charging this much. I wouldn't recommend it without major improvements.

General Manager Siddharth Chauhan deserves special appreciation for his courteous manner and proactive help. He made sure our requests were handled quickly and with care, and his leadership helped make the stay smooth. The staff were professional and helpful as well. From arrival through checkout, I found the hotel comfortable, clean, and genuinely hospitable. I'd gladly consider staying here again and recommend it for reliable service and a comfortable visit.

At the desk, my concerns were met with irritation rather than help. The night receptionist sounded dismissive and rude, and came across as arrogant and unwelcoming, with no basic courtesy. The hotel should train its front desk team, especially the night shift, to treat guests respectfully and professionally.

Nothing went well during the stay. The TV and toilet seat were broken, and there was a pungent smell in the bathroom. Breakfast was terrible, and service took far too long. I definitely wouldn't recommend staying here.
