MR House by OYO Rooms

The owner responds to reviews and the photos looked convincing, but the current state of the place is far worse. Wallpaper is peeling, the walls have cracks and stains, the curtains are like sheets of paper, the lights flicker, and the fans make strange noises now and then. The room they gave me was dirty too, with stains on the bedsheet, toilet pan, and chair. I called reception and waited standing there for 30 minutes before they finally showed up with a water bottle. I also had Rs 100 left to pay and meant to settle it at checkout. When I went to collect food I'd ordered from Swiggy, a reception staff member kept pressing me about the due, with judgemental looks and a recovery agent's attitude. I'd checked Google reviews before booking and had a really bad experience. One star is too generous. It was a huge waste of money and time.

The food at MR was great, especially the biryani, which is their speciality. They also serve good Indian and Chinese dishes. The rooms are cozy and the service is superb. Mr Lalit is a great manager who greeted me and served good food.

I was surprised by how much I liked Mr. House. The remodel has a striking retro-modern look, and my room was large, clean, and had a really comfortable bed. It's conveniently located near DLF Cyber City, Patia. For an affordable price, it's one of the best hotels around and definitely exceeded my expectations. I'll stay there next time I'm in the area.

I accidentally left my Bluetooth OnePlus at your hotel. I asked the staff, but they say there's no Bluetooth there. I'm 100% sure it's at your hotel, so what should I do?
