Room 304 had a terrible smell. Please check that all the amenities listed in the booking are actually there. The hot water and AC were both having problems.

The price was affordable, but the rooms and bathroom weren't clean. Breakfast was a limited selection of local dishes, with coffee or tea costing extra.

The place felt more like an old guest house than a hotel. The beds were very small despite being listed as queen size, and the rooms didn't feel fresh. The toilets stank, some wall plaster had been patched, and there were no paintings on the walls. The service was pathetic too.

I wasn't satisfied with the service. I'd told reception I planned to extend my stay, but I was in a hurry and couldn't pay then. After 11 a.m. they called to say they'd add ₹400 because I hadn't paid to continue. The room had issues too: dust on the cupboard and bedcover, one door that wouldn't shut properly, and another that was so tight I had to push hard to open it.

The neighborhood is quiet, but the building sits tucked away inside the area, and the surrounding buildings are old too. The photos on Google make it look much nicer than it is.
