For 4500 per day, I expected better than the worst hotel breakfast I've had. The room was decent since it was their best one, but it kept smelling either like a strange room freshener or mold. The breakfast was the biggest problem, and the uncomfortable bed and pillows left me restless during all three nights. It was a poor stay for that price.

The hotel felt welcoming, and the rooms were clean. Staff were courteous and service was prompt, which made for a very enjoyable stay. Everything was outstanding, and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, pleasant place.

My office arranged this hotel for a week-long work trip to Pune, but I couldn't stay more than a few hours because the room was so unsanitary. The drains were visibly dirty, the soap dispenser was grimy, and the stained shower had no curtain. Staff cleaned the commode twice, but it was still unclean, so I checked out and found another place to stay.

We had to leave because the washroom was clogged and water soon overflowed into the room. The hotel offered another room, but by then the experience had spoiled the mood, and the short day-use booking went to waste. At first the lobby and room looked clean and decent, so I thought it would be fine. It seems the staff, especially the washroom cleaning team, may not be well trained. For a recently opened hotel, this problem isn't acceptable. If it continues, the place could soon become poorly maintained.
