The conference ran smoothly, and the hotel’s team coordinated everything well from beginning to end. Our corporate guests appreciated the food and service, and the hall was spacious, well kept, and set up to our requirements. The price felt too high for what we got. Food was average, and the room needs maintenance. There was space for a refrigerator, but no refrigerator in the room. Water, towels, and toiletries were given only when we asked. The reception staff were good, though the system there could be better. The woman working in the dining area at breakfast was especially cooperative and excellent.

We found the rooms neat and clean, and the staff were professional. The property has a nice ambience and good food. Its location worked well for us, with the nearby market and historical places such as saniwarwada close by. Pune metro station is within walking distance too.

The invoice issue is what made this stay so frustrating. They first agreed to correct it, then put the request off for 10 days, saying the accountant was on leave. After that, they stopped answering my calls and never replied to my messages or follow-ups. We stayed a few days, and the service was very poor overall. The food and accommodation were only average, and the location wasn’t good. Worst Quality Inn!
