Hot water never came through before we left at 7:30 am, even though we’d told them we needed to leave early. There was no shower head either, just water coming out like a tap. The kitchen said tea wouldn’t be available until after 7:30. At reception, they first said they had no record of my booking. When I showed the confirmation, the person said he’d only just received the information. There was no phone or call bell to reach reception from the room, and the number on the room service card connected to the kitchen. I also found three live wires hanging from the walls. A miserable experience.

The online booking wouldn’t accept online payment, the service wasn’t good, and the toilets weren’t clean. I wouldn’t recommend staying here. Good luck.

The management seemed just as dismissive as the staff. When problems came up, they didn’t seem interested in sorting them out. Cleanliness and service were well below what I expected for the price. Staff were rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional during my visit. Even simple requests got an indifferent, snippy response, and guest satisfaction didn’t seem to matter. I rarely leave negative reviews, but this stay was unacceptable. I hope management takes serious steps to train the staff and improve customer service. As things stand, I wouldn’t recommend the hotel to anyone.

I was asleep when I felt insects on me. I found at least 20 on the pillow and bed. The room and bathroom were dirty, and the service was very poor.
