The rooms are a little aged, though still comfortable, and several items on the in-room dining menu weren't available late at night. Even so, it was a memorable stay, and I'd happily recommend the hotel and return. I was greeted with warm hospitality and felt valued from the moment I arrived. Dharmishta at reception was friendly and efficient, and made check-in a great start. My restaurant server, whose name I unfortunately can't recall, was polite and attentive. A special highlight was watching Chef Priyoma prepare fresh Tiramisu at my table. It was delightful to see and delicious to eat.

I stayed here last month and was very satisfied with the service and hospitality. The staff were consistently courteous, professional, and attentive to requests, which made the stay comfortable. Special thanks to housekeeping, especially Mr. Pratik, who was extremely helpful and made sure everything was taken care of. I'd definitely choose this hotel again.

Crowne Plaza made me feel like royalty, except there was no crown, just wonderfully fluffy pillows. The room was so huge I thought about starting a cricket match in it. Breakfast had so much food I stopped counting after my third plate, and the spread was so wide I nearly needed Google Maps to get from the croissants to the dosa counter. The staff were friendlier than my relatives on Diwali, which is saying something. The real star was Evviva bar and restaurant, if I'm spelling that right. Happy hours run from 4pm to 8pm, and that made me ridiculously happy. Agoda discounted rates plus all that happiness means I'm coming back before you can say cheers!

We had a lovely family dinner at Mosaic at Crowne Plaza. The pool-side seating gives the place a peaceful, classy feel, and the ambience really stands out. The food was amazing, thoughtfully made, full of flavor, and beautifully presented, with something for everyone. A perfect spot for a relaxed family meal. Highly recommended!
