The room was in terrible shape: dirty towels, broken curtains, a foul smell, a poorly kept bathroom with a filthy bucket and jug, wet toilet paper, and no soap. In the morning, the receptionist said he'd bring the included breakfast from outside. It turned out to be from a street vendor, the idli smelled rotten and the tea came in a dirty kettle. There was no restaurant. At check-in, I'd had to point out that my booking included breakfast before the receptionist would acknowledge it. When I complained later, the staff member was rude, argumentative, and unhelpful. He refused to call the owner when I asked, gave excuses, and the owner's phone couldn't be reached. The receptionist kept lying and behaving inappropriately. I'm shocked FabHotels lists this property. I won't book through them again, and I'll advise my family and friends to do the same.

Over 11 days, the AC was out for four, the washbasin tap didn't work for two, and the lift stopped working for the final two days. I paid everything upfront but never got a receipt. They eventually moved me to another room. The blanket cover and towels were stained and unclean, the window lever was missing so it took strength to open, and the curtains barely covered the window. Staff blamed the owner, saying he only cared about money coming in. Radhika, who made the booking by phone and promised to step in if there were problems, never returned my calls or messages. I rarely write reviews, especially bad ones, but this place is a mess. Make sure you wash your cup thoroughly before using it.

It's near Eon IT Park, and the clean rooms are affordable with a great view outside. There wasn't a kitchen or dining option, so we had to order from outside, but that was fine by me. A solid budget stay, and I'd recommend it.

Dirty bedsheets, mattress and towels, dirty tap water, and poor hygiene made this a terrible stay. There was no security guard, and when I showed the receptionist Fab Hotels' email approving my late checkout, he refused and just smiled when I mentioned the water. They said breakfast was included, but delivered cold, stale, tasteless idli sambar from outside. There was no restaurant. I don't understand how this place is rated three stars when it doesn't even deserve one. Another awful experience with the fab hotels group. I wouldn't recommend it for any kind of visit or group.
