I stayed for four days and had no Wi-Fi at all. I had to use mobile data for everything, which was really inconvenient, and the staff never fixed it despite me raising the issue repeatedly. The washroom also had no hot water for one full day. The TV wouldn’t connect to Tata Sky or Wi-Fi, and it took two days to get it working. The experience was disappointing and poorly managed. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone who needs basic amenities and reliable connectivity.

Receptionist Sunil Kumar was very rude and doesn’t know how to speak to guests. Check-in took him an hour. He didn’t have a direct number for any manager, and told me his manager wouldn’t answer his call at 10 O’ clock. His body language and the way he spoke gave me the impression this wasn’t a family hotel. Overall, a very bad experience.

The rooms have AC but no fan, and there’s no hot water kettle for making tea or coffee. Other than that, all good for a stay of 1-2 nights.

I only stayed one night. The room was pretty average, and the owner was rude, shouting at us over a silly reason. The washroom and taps were really dirty, like they hadn’t been cleaned in years.

There’s no in-house restaurant at Hotel The Imperio, but food wasn’t a problem with places like Up South and other popular eateries nearby. The main road is easy to reach, so the location works well for business or leisure in Baner. Mr. Satish and the other manager were cooperative and helpful. My room was clean and well maintained, with a calm, comfortable feel, and the courteous staff were quick to help throughout my pleasant stay. I’d definitely recommend it for comfort, cleanliness, and convenience.
