Fabhotel Kesar Inn

The bedsheets and pillows were stained, and the rooms weren’t clean. Tap water came out very slowly. When we asked to switch rooms, staff were rude before giving us another one. The AC ran on a preset timer, and when we asked why, they said customers use it all day. We had to ask for towels, weren’t given toiletries, and there were mosquitoes in the rooms. A very bad experience. I’d never recommend it.

This shabby hotel isn’t suitable for families or women, and I’d say avoid it. The corridor was narrow and suffocating, there was only one lift for the floors, and there were no stairs. The rooms and linens, blankets, pillows, and towels were dirty. In the morning, there was no water, no geyser, and the shower was broken. I had important official work, but nobody at reception picked up the phone. Fabhotels should visit hotels in person and research them before listing them on the platform.

Everything else was fine, but the washbasin tap had no water. I asked for it to be checked, and they said they’d look into it the next morning, when I was due to check out. I didn’t like the service.

For the price, the rooms are super clean, and they have AC, TV, Wi-Fi, hot water, everything you could ask for. You can ask them to get food delivered from a nearby hotel, or order through Zomato and similar services.
