We paid for the booking, but they still wouldn’t let us stay, even though that was against the booking app’s terms. Booking customer care told them to accommodate us, but the staff didn’t coordinate and instead yelled at us and were very rude. The owner made what I thought were dumb excuses, saying, “technical team hotel ki mere dost todhi hai”. We weren’t refunded, either, and lost our travel money. The place was very unhygienic and the service was terrible. A horrible stay.

They billed me the full amount again for a few extra hours, without telling me beforehand. The lack of transparency felt like a complete rip-off. Avoid this place.

They charged me extra when I visited, saying the amount shown online was wrong. I hadn’t been told about those extra fees in advance.
