There was nothing clean about this place. The mattress and sheets were dirty, the cupboard was broken, and the TV remote was rusty, so the TV obviously didn't work. The kettle was dirty too, there were no tea or coffee bags, and we got just one unclean towel. The bathroom door was broken, the sink was clogged, and the body wash smelled strange. The rooms were extremely small, with nothing premium about them, and the hotel is inside a boys' PG.

There aren't any good places to eat nearby, and the rooms feel very cramped. It's in a residential building, so you can't use a balcony. Parking is available, though the last 50 meters of road are very narrow. The room costs Rs 1500.

We stayed five days with breakfast, and every morning it was served cold. It was just dry poha with puri, and the puri was very hard. The staff were rude as well. Please improve the breakfast choices and staff behavior, and don't rely on the photos and reviews.

The only good thing for me was the room boy. The reception was grumpy, and the rooms, beds, and bathrooms weren't clean. There was no daily cleaning either. This felt like PG accommodation for monthly rentals, with a premium price and nothing premium about it. At 8 in the morning, breakfast was just leftover poha, one piece of dry dosa, and some colored liquids. No staff were around, so I went outside for breakfast.

The complimentary breakfast was good, and the location near the IT Park is the main advantage. It could suit bachelors staying a limited time, but I wouldn't recommend it to families. The rooms are smaller than the Google photos suggest.
