Treebo Iris Executive, Hinjewadi

We had a comfortable, pleasant stay, and the management kindly upgraded our room at no extra cost. The included meal was good. The staff were helpful with parking, which is tight and limited to about six cars. The hotel is in a central spot that's convenient for getting around, with plenty of nearby eateries and a wide range of food. Rooms were neat and maintained well, and the bathrooms were clean and hygienic.

We had booked around 9 rooms and were treated very poorly. A worn key broke during normal use, but the staff and owner were rude and unprofessional, blamed us, and lied instead of sorting it out. When we asked for CCTV proof, they told us to check their system ourselves, which we couldn't figure out. Later the owner shouted at us in front of other guests and made us pay ₹1000 for the repair. I would never recommend this hotel.

Good value for money, with clean rooms and courteous, very helpful staff. Room service was excellent, and there are eating joints nearby. Car parking is limited, but the staff help you find a parking option. I'd stay here again. Regds. Ankush

The rooms were spacious, clean, and well maintained, with the AC, TV, and bathroom hot and cold water all working without any trouble. Staff were helpful, courteous, and well behaved, and I didn't have any issues. Breakfast was included and decent, and it was vegetarian. I was told the kitchen opens at 8.00 am, and you can request things like an omelette separately. There's also buffet dinner if you want it. The food was better than many nearby eateries, and they have a large menu of other items they can bring to your room. Parking looked like it could fit about half a dozen cars in the open basement, which is actually at ground level. Most business travelers will use taxis, so that shouldn't be a big problem. It's a good option at a very reasonable price, especially if you're on a budget.
