Treebo Atithi Corporate Stay Baner IT Hub

When we asked about our advance after being told to either take the room or leave, nobody could explain how we'd get the money back. We had no real choice but to stay. We'd booked a month ahead, but the room offered was completely different from what we'd reserved, and the receptionist wouldn't listen patiently or pass the issue to management. The person who took our advance wouldn't answer calls either. During our five days there, the room and bins were never cleaned, even after we asked repeatedly. We'd chosen this place after reading the good reviews, but some of them don't seem true.

We spent two days here with family, and by checkout nobody had asked about cleaning. When we requested it, staff said guests have to call because they don't clean otherwise. We also had to ask for the second day's complimentary water bottle. The room wasn't tidy, there were cockroaches, and despite calling it a "corporate stay," there wasn't even a clothes hanger in the cupboard. I wouldn't stay here again.

I really enjoyed the food during all three days of my stay. It was fresh and very tasty.

The booking was made by my office staff, and my checkout date was September 26, 2025. I asked management if I could leave early because I didn't want to stay, but they said there was no such option: either stay until the 26th or pay the full amount through that date. The checkout process was complicated, the staff weren't cooperative, and the food was awful, especially the tea. The room didn't have a balcony either. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at all.
