The staff were polite, and the hotel is in an upscale area. The room itself felt unhygienic, though: there was hair on the sheet, the pillowcase hadn't been cleaned, and the washroom smelled so bad it made the room smell too. They didn't provide a complimentary dental kit either.

After a shower, the bathroom turned into a pool and the water took ages to drain. The sheets were dirty, there was no heating or hot water, and I found the place pathetic. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

We couldn't even spend the night here. In the middle of the night, we had to move to another hotel because this place was poorly maintained and didn't feel family friendly. I would not recommend it at all. The owners should be ashamed to run an establishment like this.

The rooms were in terrible shape and the management was just as bad. Sanitation was awful, and the owner showed no shame about it. This is no place for families. I'd give it zero stars if I could. There are other hotels right next door, so stay away.

The room wasn't properly maintained, and hygiene standards were poor. Staff were very slow too.
