The TV remote didn’t work, and even after I asked them to bring batteries, they never did. They also had no hotel parking, despite promising it, so we had to leave our vehicle outside. Every water bottle we used was charged for. Breakfast was bad, and they charged Rs. 400/- extra for 4 pranthas and 2 cups of tea. Not recommended at all.

Don't expect the Wifi Service to work. The price was far too high for this place, and even a bottle of water cost more than the market price, with no complimentary bottles provided. The room clothes, bedsheets, curtains, and everything else were unhygienic. A very bad experience, zero recommendation.

One of the worst hotel experiences I've had in my life.

I stayed one night on 02 December, 2024, in Room 105 at Fab Hotel Diamond - Chandigarh. The switches on the left side of the bed didn't work. The room, behind the reception, was musty and smelly, and the blanket was torn and filthy. The hotel was filthy and cockroach infested, in a slum, and I barely had a brief stay. My son and I didn't sleep at all that night. I'd never known rooms like these were sold to customers as paid accommodation. Please be careful about selling properties like this.
