I stayed for four days with my family, and the room was dirty with none of the basic facilities available. There was no working geyser, so for the next two days I had to use one in another room. One night we had no electricity, and the staff couldn't fix whatever had gone wrong. Even after lots of follow-ups, the room was cleaned only on the first of our four days. At checkout, the staff argued with me over an extra charge because I was leaving at 4 pm, even though the stated checkout time was 11:00 am. The hotel seems to be known mainly for couples renting rooms by the hour for private use. My experience was the worst, and I would never recommend it to a family.
