The hotel is very mediocre, and the bathroom wasn't very clean. The area itself isn't ideal either. If you can, avoid sector 45 when you come to chandigarh. There's a lot of road dust on the main road and congestion in the streets.

Nice hotel, and the staff behaved well too.

I went by a friend's recommendation of Fab hotels, which are usually good, but this stay was a total disappointment. A cab driver warned me about suspicious activities associated with the area, which added to how uncomfortable I felt. The hotel sits in a crowded market that didn't feel suitable or safe for a family vacation, and there were no views to make up for it. The promotional photos seemed edited and fake, so they set false expectations. Service was abysmal and staff lacked basic etiquette. During a power cut, the manager was reluctant to turn on backup power. They also didn't provide room keys unless we specifically asked, and the corridors had beer bottles and used plates scattered around. The hotel failed on multiple fronts.

The rooms were really bad, and the staff were too. When I checked in, I asked them to change the bedsheet because there were hairs on it. They just kept asking, "Where is it? Where is it?" I'd give zero stars if I could. Seriously, don't come to this hotel.

Affordable prices, kind staff, and rooms that are neat and clean. Nice hotel.
