Collection O 28333 Shakuntalam

The food I ordered from the hotel restaurant was pathetic, and they wouldn’t allow online food orders. At first, they also refused to check me in because I’d paid through the OYO app. I had to cancel the booking, and since it was nighttime, I stayed there anyway and paid 200 more than the OYO price. I’d never recommend this hotel.

OYO had confirmed my booking, but the hotel still refused to let me in. When OYO contacted them, they made the false excuse that we had local IDs. The hotel is on the outskirts in Transport Nagar, in a rundown area full of debris, rubble, dogs, and trucks. Horrible place. Don’t go there.

We were irritated all night. The AC and service were terrible, and the staff kept saying “just two minutes” instead of listening to our problems, even after we asked several times. The bathroom had no bucket or mug, and the door was damaged with a bad lock. Plenty of other things were bad too. We weren’t satisfied with the experience at all.

The rooms could be better, but the main issue for me was the service.
