The property is surrounded by bars, something I wasn't told when booking. My family couldn't stay, so we checked out within 5 minutes. The staff only advised us not to stay there with family. Even after I asked, I didn't get any refund, not even part of it. This is a serious concern. They should kindly and respectfully add this information to the property advertisement.

After arriving, I had to enter through the bar gate and then couldn't reach the reception staff for 15 minutes. The reception shutter was closed, there wasn't proper space to sit, and the geyser wasn't working. Service wasn't provided because apparently no one was available apart from one person. The towel was very dirty.

I booked through MakeMy Trip, but the room was small and overpriced, with a bad smell and poor hygiene. It lacked basics like toiletries and water, and wasn't properly cleaned. Breakfast was extremely limited, just one paratha, with extra charges for anything more. The overall cleanliness was poor. The staff, especially one female employee, were rude, and the receptionists were unhelpful and dismissive throughout our stay. Even after repeated requests, the service didn't improve. I wouldn't stay here again.

For only rs.1400, the service and facilities are absolutely great 👍 The place is nice to stay at, and the breakfast buffet is very good.

The staff were rude and uncooperative, and they didn't even provide clean sheets or bottled water. The rooms were filthy, the AC didn't work, and the bathroom smelled terrible. Easily the worst hotel experience I've ever had. Avoid this place at all costs.
