The TV didn't work, my room wasn't cleaned inside, and the toilet was dirty, with clothes left behind by the previous customer. I extended my stay by rebooking the same hotel through OYO, but the owner mr bachoo Singh and his business partner refused to give me a room and told me to leave the hotel within 10 minutes because I'd paid online instead of giving them cash. They and their team said OYO hadn't paid them 3.5 lakh rupees, and told me to pay them in cash instead of paying OYO online. This was unethical and highly unprofessional. I had to cancel the booking and lost 865 rupees. All of this can be checked in the CCTV footage.

The TV didn't work, there was no water or makeup, and the service was bad. A very disgusting stay.
8/10
The place was clean and the service was good. Affordable too, and felt safe for couples.
4/10
It was an average hotel, and I wouldn't choose it for a family trip. There's no mobile network nearby.
2/10
Six hours without water in the washroom. A complete waste of money.
