We booked two rooms in advance for a trip from Mumbai to Misty Blue Resort, Lonavala, hoping to relax and spend quality time. Even though we arrived two hours after check-in time, neither room was ready, and we waited a long time. Reception said Room 403 was ready, while Room 406 was still being cleaned. Room 403 was for a senior citizen, and its condition was shocking. It was dusty, with stained bedsheets and dust everywhere. The hygiene was unacceptable. We asked to change the sheets, but each time they brought another dirty or stained one. This happened four times. By the fifth attempt we were completely frustrated. Someone claiming to be the manager kept saying “just 2 minutes” and that everything would be fine, but basic cleanliness was clearly missing. We regret choosing this hotel based on MakeMyTrip reviews. What was meant to be a relaxing getaway turned into a very unpleasant and frustrating experience.

It was the staff who really stood out at Misty blue resort n villas. They were welcoming, very polite, helpful, and quick to respond, which made me feel comfortable and well looked after. I appreciated the whole team's hospitality and professionalism. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the resort had a pleasant ambience. Highly recommended. I'd definitely choose misty blue resort again.

We loved this resort and look forward to visiting again. We booked through an online platform, and the location was amazing, central, and close to the market and other sightseeing points. The rooms were excellent and spacious, with water, a kettle, and coffee provided. The ambience was lovely, parking was ample, and the staff were extremely humble.

The surroundings were peaceful and quiet, and the soft, comfortable furnishings made it easy to unwind. The room was spotlessly clean and well maintained, and the bathroom was clean and functional. Hot water was available in the morning, and basic amenities included shower gel. The room had cable TV, but no smart TV for services like Netflix. That didn't affect my stay, though perhaps I had expected one. Food at the property was good, and several places nearby offered breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The property is centrally located in Lonavala, with major viewpoints within about 10 km, making it a convenient base for sightseeing. Staff were courteous, responsive, and genuinely helpful. It was a hassle-free stay and excellent value for money at a fair price. Highly recommended, 10/10.

The villa view was amazing and relaxing, and the location was beautiful and peaceful. Rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. The pool area is neat and well maintained, and the food is good and tasty. A great resort for staying with family or friends.
