The manager tried to resell two rooms we'd booked and paid for after two guests couldn't come. He first insisted we hadn't booked them, then got defensive and admitted they were ours only after we showed proof of payment. The place felt more like a very bad guest house than a hotel. Room service was listed, but when we tried to order, they said staffing was low and told us to eat at the restaurant, which is in a sister hotel behind this one. Our room was awful: stained sheets stayed stained even after we asked for replacements, and the towels had suspicious marks that made it seem like they hadn't been washed properly. The bathroom smelled damp too. A very bad experience, and I wouldn't recommend it. There are much better hotels nearby.

I had an easy check-in and check-out, and Mr Pushpendra Singh was a helpful, cooperative host. The hotel is well connected, with plenty of places to eat nearby. My room was clean and spacious, with lots of modern amenities, and the swimming pool was well maintained. I had an amazing stay and would recommend it for a trip to Udaipur.

The rooms at Shahpura Dev Panache were spacious, comfortable, and furnished with care. The property combines luxury and comfort nicely, with a calm, classy feel that's suited to a relaxing stay or a special occasion. It's beautifully designed and made for a memorable visit.

The food was fantastic, and there was live music. The hotel was very clean, with good service and a good staff. GM Mr. Pushpender is a very nice person. It's a very good property in Udaipur, and I always prefer staying at Shahpura Dev Panache.

Everything about the service fell well short of what I expected. The staff were very unprofessional and handled things too casually. I had a disappointing stay and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, professional experience.
