The pleasant location was one of the few positives, but the stay itself was very disappointing. Despite repeated requests, management took a lackadaisical approach to improving services. The room was damp, with visible moisture on the walls, the washroom was extremely small, and cold air came in during winter, making the room uncomfortable. We were placed in an annex building under the Super Deluxe category, but the room did not meet the expected standards. There was no Wi-Fi in the room, and repeated requests to the front desk brought no resolution. The property seemed understaffed, service was poor, and the front desk lacked responsiveness and professionalism. Cleanliness was below average, and the pool water looked stagnant, raising hygiene concerns. The kitchen closed at 9:00 PM, which is impractical for a hotel in a tourist location. The hotel photos were misleading and didn't show the property's actual condition. Overall, an unsatisfactory stay, and I wouldn't recommend it to families or anyone expecting basic comfort, cleanliness, and transparency.

The place feels full of greenery and positive energy, and everything was neat and clean. The atmosphere is lovely, and Lakshya and the rest of the team were so caring, going out of their way whenever we needed something.

We had booked an air-conditioned Super Deluxe room through MakeMyTrip, yet were asked to pay extra for a heater, which was unacceptable in those conditions. There was no Wi-Fi in the room. We asked several times, but the registration desk staff didn’t arrange it and were very unhelpful. The hotel also seemed badly understaffed: the same two people were attending rooms around the clock, and service suffered. The front desk staff showed little professionalism or initiative. The pool water looked stagnant, with no visible circulation, which raised hygiene concerns, especially for families with children. Cleanliness throughout was very poor. The kitchen shut at 9 PM, an impractical time for a hotel in a tourist destination. The photographs may be well done, but they don’t show the actual condition of the property. This was a very disappointing, unhygienic stay, and I strongly wouldn’t recommend it to families or anyone expecting basic comfort, cleanliness, and an honest picture of the hotel.

The hotel is in a quiet setting, and the staff were courteous, polite, and helpful. Ms Suchitra personally made sure guests were comfortable during their stay. Even with an extra bed, the rooms still felt spacious. I’d strongly recommend it for groups, families, couples, or solo travelers.
