I booked a room early this morning for 5 to 6 hours at 1600 rupees, just so I could rest while traveling. I asked for bath towels around 9 AM, but none had arrived even by checkout. They also told me GST would be extra only when I was checking out, though that hadn’t been mentioned at booking. I paid 1600 and still got this experience, with staff saying I had to pay 500 GST to get the same service. I’ve never had anything like this happen because of my travel schedule. The staff’s attitude and words were ridiculous. Completely disgusting, and I won’t forget it.

We were moved between two rooms during our one-night stay, and both the geyser and AC weren’t working. The staff had no idea what was going on. It felt like a whole week of bad experiences packed into one day. One of the worst hotel stays you could have.

Ashiana Lodge was extremely dirty and unhygienic. We had to check out within 30 minutes because of the filth, but still lost our money. Then they asked for extra GST at the end without telling us about it at the start. Please don’t visit this hotel. It’s a big scam.

The rooms are decent, but the lift takes about a minute just to get from the ground floor to the third. The bigger problem was the extra charge. Nobody mentioned GST at check-in, and there wasn't a notice saying it was compulsory. A board appeared early in the morning after checkout, and when I questioned the charge, they behaved badly. At that point I had no choice but to pay. Worst service I've had.

They had no facilities to speak of, and the staff couldn't even talk to guests properly. There wasn't a towel, and the flush didn't work. Prices were extremely high, then they added another 12% GST for no reason.
