Mh One Resort Hotel

The event was uncomfortable for everyone because the cooling was poor and the ACs weren’t working. Service was slow, and staff didn’t respond. I was very disappointed while attending a recent family function here. The place needs better management and hospitality, especially when it’s hosting celebrations where basic comfort and customer care matter.

Sadhna ji, our event manager, took personal care of the details and was dedicated and responsive throughout. Her involvement gave us real peace of mind during the celebrations. The team also arranged an anchor beyond what we had initially agreed, and they did a fantastic job keeping the event lively. We hosted our wedding at MH1 Resort, and the event went seamlessly, just as we’d hoped or even better. We’re very grateful to the team and would recommend the resort for a memorable event. They made our special day unforgettable.

The service was pathetic, and the event felt poorly managed from beginning to end. Staff were rude, unresponsive, and uncooperative when we needed help. They kept making excuses instead of fixing problems. Manager Jitender Bhatia was especially disappointing in how he handled things. We were misled by false promises and poor arrangements in the name of the resort’s goodwill, with no accountability or professionalism. At a birthday celebration here, the ACs barely worked despite repeated complaints. Guests were uncomfortable and frustrated throughout. For such a large gathering, that level of negligence is unacceptable. This place is highly overrated and shouldn’t host family events or important occasions. It was a terrible, wasteful, mentally exhausting experience for the hosts and guests. I’d strongly advise people to avoid booking here if they don’t want their special occasion spoiled.

Dinner in the main hall was excellent, with plenty of starters, chat stalls, and dessert options. The breakfast was ordinary, though, and arrived one to two hours late. The staff on duty need better training and coordination. I’ve been to many banquet halls across Delhi NCR, and MH One Resort Hotel in Alipur, Delhi stands out for its size and range of venue options. The main hall is spacious and beautifully designed. Overall, I had a pleasant experience.
