Hotel Platinum by OYO Rooms

The rooms are cramped, and the service is basically nonexistent. There’s no lift, so even for small things you have to go up and down four floors. The AC doesn’t work at all, so you’ll regret booking an AC room. When I asked for clean sheets as I was checking in, they brought me another dirty sheet. I’d never take a room here again.

There was no service from anyone, no TV or AC remote in the room, and water leaked in the washroom all night. At midnight, the hotel boy switched off the AC MCB. When I tried to figure out what was wrong, he told me to wait in the room and said the AC would start automatically. It still hadn’t come on after an hour. We checked the lights on the stairs and found the MCB box, where only the MCB for my assigned room was down. In the morning, when I raised this with the manager, he argued with me in very bad language. His behavior toward guests was already rude. I had one of the worst experiences of my life staying in hotel accommodation. I was with a friend who works on allahabad high court bar council, and he said he would sue you in court over this matter. I’m making a humble request that action be taken against the same person, or your hotel may shut very soon. If anything needs clarifying, please contact me.

The owner's behavior was very bad, and the rooms were cramped and had a really dirty smell. The hotel sits inside a crowded market. If you booked through OYO, don’t hand your phone to the owner. He’ll open the Oyo app and leave a 5* rating for your stay. I had a terrible stay here and ran into major problems in the room. Worst hotel I’ve stayed in. Never book it.

I booked through OYO, but this turned into a terrible experience. The owner checked out at 7 am while I was still in the room, without my permission. Later, someone came in and asked me to leave a 5-star review. I said they couldn't force me to do that. He grabbed my phone, threw it on the floor, and abused me. It was badly damaged. Please look into this and take legal action against hotels that treat customers this way so it doesn't happen to someone else.
