Chandrima at the restaurant was especially warm, polite, attentive, and professional, and her smile made our meal more pleasant. The restaurant had delicious food with plenty of variety. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the hospitality was great. I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn lucknow and would gladly return and recommend it.
It felt like being shut into a tiny prison cabin. There was dust all over, the carpet had stains, and the room hadn’t been cleaned properly.
The furniture looks dated and worn, and the rooms feel cramped.
There are too many mosquitoes, and there isn’t a machine here. They also don’t have a feedback register.
A terrible place to go.
