My stay at JC Guesthouse was disappointing. I'd reserved an AC Deluxe room ahead of time, but at check-in the reception wouldn't give me the room as booked and asked me to pay extra to use the AC, even though it was included. The service felt poor and unclear. I don't recommend the place, since that kind of behavior isn't acceptable.

Avoid booking online here. I booked through OYO Rooms and felt totally scammed because the room looked nothing like the pictures. Paint was peeling off the walls, they wouldn't provide a geyser and wanted another 300 for hot water. There was no lock, soap, shampoo, or towel, and the room was full of mosquitoes. No proper wardrobe either. A horrible experience.

The owner was rude and disrespectful, and there was no room service at all. The rooms are badly lit and terribly overpriced, with awful quality. It's not pet friendly unless you have a sophisticated pet license, and they won't let you in without one. Go if you want attitude. An auto driver told me about fab metro view hotel, so I went there instead and had a pretty nice experience. No promotion.

Both Oyo and the hotel are dishonest. The hotel wouldn't give me a room, and Oreo didn't refund my money. I was cheated.

What a disgusting, dirty hotel. Please don't come here, it's complete nonsense.
