Hometel Alambagh Lucknow

Getting to the airport was easy, and the metro connection was a welcome bonus. I had a really pleasant stay, with a lovely feel to the hotel and extremely courteous staff. The food was great too. I even asked the chef for something off the menu, and he made it brilliantly. 😍😊🍒

The food was a highlight: the dishes I tried were flavorful and nicely presented, and there was a wide menu with choices for different tastes. I was also impressed when the team handled my urgent laundry request quickly and carefully. My room was spotless, tastefully furnished, and had a lovely view of the city skyline. For my one-day stay in Lucknow, they arranged my early check-in smoothly, and the staff were warm as well as professional from the moment I arrived. It was a comfortable, cared-for stay, and I expect to choose this property again when I return to Lucknow. 🌟

The metro station and ISBT were only 2-3 minutes away, and having a mall right beside the hotel was handy for quick entertainment with our child. I stayed with my wife and our 2-year-old. The place was very clean, smelled pleasant throughout, and our room had the basic amenities we needed. In-room dining came quickly, with a good selection at reasonable prices. We also got 50% off that service, which was a nice bonus. At reception, Mr. Khushgra and Ms. Shalini were kind and courteous, and even arranged a cake for my wife's birthday. Ms. Kalpana and the other restaurant staff took thoughtful care with our child's food needs, which we really appreciated.

The food we ordered was outstanding, and check-in and checkout went smoothly with ever-smiling reception staff who seemed to reflect the company's customer-focused culture. There were a couple of small letdowns: the air conditioning in the room and premises, and the in-room coffee maker. At around 9:30 am on 10 Mar, during breakfast, someone who may have been the F&B Manager came in. Rather than asking guests for firsthand feedback, they appeared to be settling scores with the chef and cooking staff. That needs proper attention.
