The food was excellent and the property was well maintained. I did hear some traffic noise, though, since the hotel is on a busy road close to the airport. Traffic continues through the night and can disturb you a bit.

2/10
The food was tasteless and stale, nowhere near what I expected from a hotel chain like Lemon Tree. The staff were rude and uncooperative, and there was no sense of hospitality. The manager was shockingly disrespectful and ill mannered, particularly toward female guests. His unprofessional behavior made us very uncomfortable, and he acted like giving us a room was a favor despite it being a paid service. Our stay at Lemon Tree, Lucknow was disappointing from beginning to end. I’d strongly advise families and solo female travelers seeking a respectful, comfortable place to stay against choosing it.

It’s nice, neat, and clean, and very close to lucknow air port. They really need to improve the food section.

The cuisine was excellent, and the staff were attentive. Sunny in particular added a lot to our experience. We were very satisfied with our stay.
