Collection O 4308 Hotel Zaarang Inn

At checkout, the receptionist pushed me to leave a 5-star Google rating, though I don't know on what grounds. During the stay, the TV, AC, and landline weren't working. I had to go to reception four times just to get a water bottle and glass, and even then they only managed to provide glasses. Don't expect much in the way of service.

The rooms have been done up nicely, but customer service was the worst part. There isn't a kitchen, so you can't order food, even though there's a full menu in the rooms. The TV and dish were no help either, since their wires and connections had been unplugged. Communication, service, and staff etiquette all need improvement.

The manager behaved very well, but the staff were irresponsible, and the whole two-day stay left me frustrated. The old fixtures included rusty taps, and water came slowly. The flush didn't work, so they moved me to another room in the evening. The water tank emptied twice, and I had to ask four times for water. They charged Rs 15 for a 200 ml bottle marked Rs 6, and Rs 30 for a litre. My first room had a used sheet with lots of hair on the pillow and bedding. I asked for a towel repeatedly and only got one on the second day. The TV didn't work, and the workers seemed unprofessional. I'll never visit this hotel again.

Mr. Alim, Ahmed and the staff were really supportive. Check-in and checkout were hassle free for me as a traveller, and the room was kept hygienic. The staff were good in both their service and manner. I had a good experience here.
