We booked 10 rooms six months ahead for wedding guests, but the management made the whole arrangement miserable. Vaishali kept calling about money, which seemed to be the only thing she cared about, and she was rude when dealing with customers. The owner, Ratna, acted sweet and told the manager what to do, but never asked us what problems we were having. They say they opened the place for Covid Patients, but after this experience, I don't believe it. They kept demanding money and bothering guests during a family function. Worst hotel I've ever stayed at. If zero stars were possible, I'd give them that.

We left at 4:30 at night because the rooms smelled bad, and the lights kept cutting out every 15 minutes. There were cockroaches in the bathroom, and the room was very dirty. There were three of us, but after charging Rs 300 for an extra bed, management provided only a bedsheet. The AC wasn't working properly either. Very, very poor. Please don't stay here.

We had a fantastic time here. The atmosphere is great, the staff are polite, and it seems like a lovely venue for parties or wedding bookings.

The dining options were superb, and I found the rooms luxurious and comfortable. I recently stayed here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, luxurious visit. Best hotel in Gomtinagar.
