The location is about 1KM from Lucknow Charbagh Railway station, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I recently stayed at Oyo Flagship Shanta Inn and had a fantastic time. The room was clean, comfortable, and well equipped, though the breakfast was average at best despite having plenty of options. I'd highly recommend it to anyone wanting a relaxing getaway...

The room was a waste of money, and I had a terrible stay. The extra mattress and blanket I asked for were covered in vomit, and nobody cleaned them. There wasn't even a geyser. The washroom didn't meet cleanliness standards, and the washbasin was broken. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The room they gave us was extremely dirty, and I found stains on the blanket too. Insects were coming out of the drawer and closet. I also saw what looked like a bay cat in the hall outside the room, which felt very awkward. I've never seen a worse hotel. Thank you Shanta inn for such a great experience 🙏🙏

I chose it for the location because I wanted to travel, and it worked well for that. The staff were probably the best I've come across at any hotel. The rooms varied a little from one another, but you could hardly notice.

The staff were accommodating, and the on-site restaurant was good. The hotel is modern and attractive, with cozy rooms and stunning views. Great location, delicious Breakfast, and impeccable service made it a relaxing getaway.
