Collection O 4731 Hotel Surya Continental

While I was sick with a fever, I was given a room in poor condition, and its geyser wasn’t working, which made things very inconvenient. I reported it, but the owner, Surya, said plainly that he wasn’t liable to fix it and refused responsibility. I found that shocking and insensitive to a guest’s basic needs. The stay left me distressed and feeling misled, unsupported, and harassed. This place lacks service standards and accountability, and I strongly advise people to avoid it.

Really bad experience. I’ve never seen a hotel like this. Please don’t stay here.

Even staying for an hour felt difficult. The food was poor, and the room and washroom weren’t hygienic. The bedsheets were in terrible shape too, and service was very poor. I wouldn’t want to spend a night here.

A waste of money. There was food, but no spoon or glass, and no service. The lights didn’t work properly, and even the fan couldn’t be run. They take payment in advance, yet the hotel is in a terrible overall state and doesn’t serve customers well.
