The AC and TV never worked, and there was no safety or security. I stayed four days, and after exploring the city I'd come back asking for a towel, bath soap, and for the AC and TV to be fixed. Each time I was told it would happen within an hour, but nothing ever did. I never saw room service. They also asked for more than the booked price. The rooms were horrible. The place is actually a bungalow being used as a hotel, with no hotel name out front, so it's hard to find. The so-called managers Jitendra and Ajay seemed busy having room parties and asking their friends to join them all day. I feel like anyone giving this place one star or more must have been paid. I strongly recommend not staying here.

There's no service here at all. No water comes from any bathroom tap or the washbasin. If you want to waste your money, go there. Worst experience ever. If I could, I'd give them -5 stars.

I came all the way from Pune in the late evening after booking online and calling the hotel beforehand. The staff refused to check me in because I'd booked online, then used my situation and the late hour to ask for another thousand rupees before letting me stay. The door didn't have a proper lock, and there was no toilet or bathroom cleaning. They didn't give me a towel until I got upset. Worst experience.

The rooms are tiny, with barely space to move, and the washroom is only about two steps long. The bedrolls and even the doormat were dirty. There's no AC, side table, or chair in the room, and no service, which leaves you unable to complain with Oyo while they get extra money. They ask you to cancel your booking, claiming the room isn't available and promising a better one, then give you the worst room possible. This place seems meant for couples looking for a few hours of privacy.

The rooms were clean and good, but check the health faucet and other things to make sure they work. The customer care phone in the room didn't work either, so I had to keep going to the counter whenever I needed anything. Oyo showed 650, but they charged 1000 rs for a room. Don't trust Oyo's ratings, since they don't publish negative feedback. You can stay here if no other option is available.
