Holiday Inn Lucknow Airport by IHG

Chef Sandeep gave the breakfast personal attention, and the spread was fresh, tasty, and nicely presented. My favorite was the crispy dahi jalebi, golden and light, with an authentic taste. It brought a lovely bit of local tradition to the table and really lived up to “Lucknow ki Shaan”. A delightful start to the day, with warm service and memorable food.

The airport is nearby, which is a big plus. We stayed for two nights, and the rooms were spacious, clean, and good. Breakfast had a wide selection and tasted good, but dishes weren’t replenished continuously. There were two of us, but we were given just one room key. You need a key to use the lift, and ours only worked for the floor our room was on. The room light also needs a key. We had to ask reception for another one, and both guests should have been given keys when the room was assigned.

Chandrima at the Viva was exceptionally courteous and caring. Chef Vishal deserves kudos for some exceedingly delicious breakfast dishes, and interns Sanita & Rahul handled the fruit stall presentation excellently. There was an extensive breakfast choice, and room service was efficient. Our stay was good, and the front desk responded promptly. I’d love to stay here again.

Chandrima was especially warm and professional, making our meal even more pleasant with her attentive service and smile. The restaurant had delicious food with a good variety, and dining there was excellent. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained too. I had a wonderful stay at Holiday Inn lucknow and would recommend it. I’d love to return.
