10/10
The location is very strategic, and the hotel has a lovely ambience. I was especially impressed by the polite, genial staff and their service. The rooms are comfortable and well maintained, and the restaurant serves delicious food. There's also a party hall that local people, tourists, and guests use for functions. During my visit I got to see one, and the decoration and food served were splendid! The hotel was amazing.

The rooms were quite nice and spacious, but the bathroom water flow was pathetic and the taps leaked. We saw just one working staff member during our stay. It was a very cheap experience.

At the moment there isn't a restaurant, though they plan to open one soon. Hotel Ross & Smith is in a prime location, with spacious rooms, free wifi, and drinking water service. Ac rooms cost 2000, while non AC rooms are 1500.

The lack of ventilation made the room unbearable, and I spent a sleepless night in the hot, humid weather with no electricity or power backup. The staff didn't respond. Bathroom fixtures barely worked, and the bedsheets had lints. It was a horrible, torturous one-night stay. They're taking advantage of having a hotel in a remote place. Please look at other options before booking. Pathetic excuse for a hotel.

Just avoid this place. It's dirty, the bathrooms don't work properly, and the service isn't professional.
