Breakfast had just two staff members on duty, with no senior person overseeing things, and the service was very poor. I reported the lack of hot water at 7 am, but they couldn't provide any until 9. They should learn from their Ankleshwar unit.

I ended up waiting 50 minutes for à la carte dinner, after a stay full of basic problems. The room seemed to be under renovation despite being charged the regular price. There was no hot water in the evening or morning, no mirror, and the noisy exhaust fan was hard to ignore. The TV set-top box wasn't working either. When I asked for a dental kit, the receptionist said they provide one only if a customer asks 🥲. I wasted my money. If you want to waste yours, go there.

Dinner was especially good, and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were polite and helpful too. I had a wonderful stay at lords eco inn Dahej and would definitely recommend it to others. Fabulous experience.

Service was below average, and the rooms still weren't ready for guests. This is a newly built hotel that's still being finished. The chef needs a lot more training to meet the Lord's Hotel Chain standards.

The hotel is in an isolated location, and they don't even have the courtesy to confirm arrival times or check-in details with customers. The facilities also seem old, including the A/C and fan, and the heater wasn't working properly. Better to book another nearby hotel. Suggested: Radiant Swan.
