The room was filthy and smelled awful. Even after I complained, the staff wouldn't replace the dirty bedding. The guy's response was basically, “jo hai yahi hai.” He was really arrogant. Easily the worst experience I've had.

I stayed there on 19/12/21 and had a terrible experience. I paid Rs. 1150, but they only gave me a bill for Rs. 850, with no bill for the Rs. 300 early check-in charge. The staff were completely unprofessional and corrupt, in my view. Room 5 didn't have a washbasin, so I moved to room 1, where neither the TV nor the geyser worked. The sheets were untidy, the blanket smelled horrible, and the mattress was very hard. Once you've checked in, changing hotels is difficult because they take the full amount in advance, leaving you stuck there. Avoid it if you can, or they may make your stay miserable.

The bathroom was dirty, there was no TV cable service, and the sheets and blanket weren't fresh. Even after they moved us to another room, they still gave us used bedding and there was no cleanliness. We also didn't get what we'd booked in the first place. Just the worst.

The booking manager spoke rudely, mocked us, and asked for extra money. He also wouldn't allow us in as a couple. The TV wasn't working and the bedsheets weren't clean. I was so angry I wanted to punch him. Please stay away.
