Hilton Lucknow Gomti Nagar

My clothes came back fresh, perfectly clean, and neatly handled. Mr. Salman’s laundry service is reliable and efficient, and his professional, careful work and attention to detail really stand out. He clearly cares about customer satisfaction and treating each item properly. The service has been excellent every time, and I highly recommend him.

The hotel is beautiful and well maintained, with a very comfortable feel. What stood out most during my stay was Nishu from housekeeping. She kept my room spotless and organized each day, making it feel like a fresh home away from home. From the crisp linens to the neatly arranged amenities, her care and attention to detail were clear. She’s hardworking and polite, and staff members like Nishu really lift the hotel’s reputation. Highly recommended.

For my one night in Lucknow, Hilton Garden Inn, Lucknow was comfortable and well managed. The room was clean and in good shape, and check-in went smoothly. Staff were helpful and professional when I needed them. It served its purpose well for a short stay.

As a solo traveller, I felt safe and comfortable during my stay at Hilton Garden Inn Lucknow. The room was spacious, service was up to the mark, and the staff were very kind. Ms. Chesta and Mr. Ekansh did a fantastic job as the face of the hotel. I’d love to come back.
