The bedsheets had visible dirty marks, and the washbasin drained so slowly that after washing your face the water could take about 30 min to clear. The exhaust fan wasn’t working either. When we tried to order food, they said the kitchen was closed because the cook was on leave. There were no cold drinks, and when we asked them to get one from outside, they quoted a high price for the bottle. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless it’s your last option.
The staff were helpful and behaved very well, but the cleanliness needs improvement. The sheets and pillows were dirty, so I ended up buying a lot of things from outside, including a bedsheet and blankets.
The owner was warm and welcoming, and the room itself was clean and tidy. But the service and food quality were very poor, and the AC cooling wasn’t up to the mark. The property standard needs work, especially on those points. I hope they make improvements.
The hotel was good and the staff were fine, but they marked me as checked out before I had checked out. The staff also didn’t provide breakfast, and Oyo deducted 95/- Rs. I’m still waiting for the Oyo refund.
The rooms are small but clean, and the location is good. There was no disturbance, and the service was excellent. The linen wasn’t good, though they changed it right away when I asked. Good value for money, and I’d definitely recommend it.
