Townhouse 1160 P s Palace

The problems started with the room: the bedsheets had already been used, hair was scattered around, and the bathroom was filthy. Someone had left urine on the toilet seat, there were bits of leftover soap that seemed unsafe for personal hygiene, and the hotel provided no toiletries. On top of that, although I booked at a discounted rate through Oyo, the manager wanted another 300₹ for the AC remote. That’s unacceptable. The staff were unhelpful and unaccommodating, and I found them unprofessional and disrespectful to guests. I strongly advise against staying at This Townhouse P.S.Palace. Cleanliness and basic amenities were seriously lacking, and Oyo’s service seems to be getting worse day by day. Its partner properties are taking customers’ money unethically.
