The food and service were very convenient, and the rooms and halls were all excellent. The space works well for all kinds of events. Congratulations and thanks to the whole hotel staff.
4/10
The bathroom pipes were broken and there wasn't even toilet paper. We also found no clothes hangers, and the ward boy didn't help with our luggage. It was a terrible place, and I wouldn't recommend it.
2/10
The food arrived completely cold, and I was embarrassed in front of my guests. At my own family's event, I ended up doing more work than the staff because they were so rude and inattentive. I wouldn't choose this venue even for a birthday party.
10/10
Check-in and checkout were smooth, and the staff were helpful. The rooms were clean, parking was available, and both the TV and AC worked. Wi-Fi worked too. 😊
6/10
It's more of a banquet hall than a hotel. Rates for a single room are around ₹1200, though they depend on the season. The central AC has no temperature control, the rooms are dirty with webs on the walls, and the phones don't work. Cleaning is average, including the bathroom and bed. For a budget stay it may suit you, but it's not luxurious. ₹1000 would be a fair room price.
